3 From Hell.
Easily and by far the worst and dumbest movie I've ever seen.

That was a fun watch. I can see some people raging that it's historically inaccurate, but I don't think anyone is claiming it was a documentary. 3.5/5

Interesting companion film in a way to the above, as this is about the Iraqi/Afghan interpreters that were often left for dead to be hunted as traitors by ISIS and the Taliban, and the struggle for a few to make it out alive to the U.S. Gripping stuff, in fact. A link to watch in my review: letterboxd.com/v9733xa/film/the-interpreters/

Terminator: Dark Fate
Meh, not great but not terrible either. It starts of good but halfway in it just drags on for a bit and I lost my interest and wanted to be done with this film.

Just awesome. Twisty and fascinating. What starts as an activist expose of illegal fishing and the possible extinction of a tiny whale turns into an eco-thriller with cartels and mafia bosses killing people on the street. Wild stuff. letterboxd.com/v9733xa/film/sea-of-shadows/

First movie theater experience in about a year, and I really enjoyed this movie. Part of the appeal for me to see this movie was I got super into F1 this year and actually watched about 16 hours of the Le Mans race, and I knew about this story before I ever heard of this movie so it was a lot of fun to see it come to the big screen.I wasn't sure if it needed to be 2.5 hours I felt like they could have cut about 15 minutes and kept the spirit of the story intact. I also am not sure how historically accurate it is, and it had a few moments that made me scratch my head in terms of production decision making. Overall 8.5/10 had a lot of fun with it.

Did you know that's this movie's title in a lot of the world? Interesting. Anyway i thought this was a little overhyped. Fun but extremely cliched and waaaayyyy too fucking long. Strap in for 152 minutes! Yikes. Still, incredible racing scenes, and a star-making turn for supporting actress Caitriona Balfe. letterboxd.com/v9733xa/film/ford-v-ferrari/

I think they would have been better off cutting out the son storyline all together which would have really helped with the pace. Edit: I'm not surprised they changed the title for the US market, I can't help but wonder what percentage of Americans have never even heard of Le Mans, I'd wager it's a fucking lot.
