Platform: PC, Xbox One, PS4 Release Date: June 5th, 2018 Vampyr is set in early 20th century Britain as the country is gripped by the lethal Spanish flu and the streets of London are crippled by disease, violence and fear. In a disorganized and ghostly city, those foolish, desperate, or unlucky enough to walk the streets lay prey to Britain’s most elusive predators: the vampires. Emerging from the chaos, a tormented figure awakens. You are Jonathan E. Reid, a high-ranking military surgeon transformed into a vampire upon his return home from the frontline.

Really hoping this game will be awesome, looks like it could use some polish from the video above.

Really hoping this game will be awesome, looks like it could use some polish from the video above. I suspect it to be a bit janky given the developers previous work on Remember Me and Life Is Strange. The concept still looks awesome and knowing they can handle a complex story gives me hope on this game.

The concept still looks awesome and knowing they can handle a complex story gives me hope on this game. I feel I vaguely remember "Remember Me" (oh the irony) but don't really have any firsthand knowledge on the quality of the dev. The story is definitely going to be the main course on a game like this though, and on a positive note, that 3rd person blood sucking animation gave me the serious Vampire Bloodlines feels.

E3 Trailer has been uploaded early, would suspect it to appear on Sony's stage come E3.

I haven't this hyped about a game in years. Can't really tell what it is, but the setting, atmosphere, music and everything fits so well

Another game pushed to 2018, but I really don't mind with how stacked this year ended up being.

Probably a good call regardless of the current state of the game, it would have been absolutely destroyed if it came out alongside Battlefront 2 and CoD in November.

I'm down for it, and I don't have a PS4 yet.
