Also, what website do you guys use to watch most of these? I use proxer.me. The site is in german but if you just stick to the search button you can easily navigate on the site and mostly all of the animes have an english sub option.

I just started Naruto 1 1/2 weeks ago and already blasted through 120 ep. My roommate was always rambling on about it, but I thought this was top notch weeaboo stuff but hooooow I was wrong. Instantly got hooked on it.

Instantly got hooked on it. Even though Naruto had some filler problems from time to time, along with being stretched out, for the most part I enjoyed it. Now I'm just waiting for Boruto to ramp up. I'd recommend watching Banana Fish, Asobi Asobase, and Tenrou: Sirius The Jaegar. Those are the best non continuing anime this summer. I know there are others that are more popular, but I'd say those are my favorites from this season.

Yeah I already encountered some fillers that felt like they took forever to conclude but I'm not ashamed to skip some stuff that seems to be unnecessary for the overall plot. I'll definitely will check out your recommendations, thanks for that.

This season is pretty strong. Apparently SAO is going to be 50 episodes long, which is fucking crazy. I'm looking forward to it though, because I've heard this is the best arc out of all of them and I liked SAO S1 (S2 was alright). The Slime Datta Ken, Bunny Girl Senpai, SAO, and Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru are my favorites from this new season.

Gotta start compiling a list to make for a top 5 for the year. I have 3 locks already: My Hero Academia s. 3, Attack On Titan s. 3, and Darling In The Franxx.

Depending on the final eps, it might be an AOTY top 3 contender for me.

Finished up the Persona 5 adaptation which was pretty good; just waiting for an OVA for it to completely finish it. Getting back into Golden Kamuy, which has been a solid season so far.

I have others I do like a lot though, if I had to make a top 5 or 10.

Golden Kamuy is just so interesting. The animation is average at best but the characters, voice acting, and the humor is so good. I didn't think I'd laugh so much while watching it.

Yeah, I know people had gripes about the CG bears, and the animation is average at best, but I really like the fact that the best parts of the anime is it’s left-field choices, like setting it around the Russo-Japanese War, and devoting a lot of time to Ainu culture and history.
