I just signed up for a Spotify trial 3 months/0,99€ and I can't believe how much of an impact this no advertisement has on my listening experience. I made my peace with deleting the premium account close to the end of the trial, but atm I'm not so sure anymore. I'm writing a paper for university while going through every release spotify is recommending me and boooiiii do they deliver. I found some releases from bands I never heard of which are fuckin bangers. Daaamn you spotify and your accurate recommendations. Why would you delete the account? Just turn off auto-renew. But anyways, I love Spotify. It's allowed me to find some new bands and redisover some I had forgotten about.

I used it before, to just listen into some releases but after a while the advertisements would annoy me. And with the premium account its a whoooole new world lol

whenever i listen to trash boat i can't help but to think back to when i saw them live while their lead singer was sick and how he was shouting his germs right into my face 11/10 got a good and longlasting flu, would recommend seeing trash boat play a show Sounds tempting. I have to say, that "Nothing I Write..." might be my favourite pop-punk release of all time, at least it's up there in my top 3. i mean i like the album but i don't think i ever listened enough as to place it in my personal top-anything. i went to the show having listened to nothing i write twice and the only song that really stood out to me was how selfish i seem. guess i'd like them more if they always went a little bit more into that hc direction

I think the most catchiest songs are Eleven and You Know, You Know, You Know. Did they been more in a hc direction prior to that release? Haven't checked out their EP's yet.

I love the premium and I mean 0,99€ for 3 months is a fucking bargain. Oh well yeah the royalties are just ridiculous around $4000 for 1.000.000 streams (before label, management and so on)? well thanks for nothing. Thanks that sounds quite reasonable, will def look into it.

I'm late to the Spotify conversation but I completely agree with how excellent the Premium account functions. The lack of ads--which are becoming more and more heavily used is obnoxious and the default Shuffle becomes annoying. I think I will start paying the monthly fee as well. Such a great service!

Does anyone know if Zach De La Rocha is still alive...
I had a dream he was arrested for gun running and then got shot trying to tunnel out of prison. I know that probably hasn't happened, but I haven't heard anything about him lately so who tf knows

Best monthly payment there is. I love Spotify. If anyone can recommend a better one, hit me up though.

So I haven't bought or downloaded any new music recently except the new single from Kardashev and Knocked Loose since pretty much last summer. What good Deathcore, Death Metal, and Metalcore albums have I missed out on? Off the top of my head I can think of Aversions

Foo Fighters non-single songs are pretty boring. Some I like though.

nearly bought some tapes that were on sale but i've told myself several times not to start collecting tapes as buying vinyl is expensive enough already. i'm not sure for how much longer i can resist tho.
