I remember Frantic being pretty good. But I listened to the whole album once. And that was one time too many from what I can remember. I bought this record when I was a teenager. Back then, I didn't have an iPod (not sure if had come out yet actually now that I think about it) and would play all CDs with my heavy stereo CD player. I'd buy a cd and put it in and play video games with the sound off and just listen to the albums I bought over and over. I probably looped St. Anger a good 20 or 30 times, as I did with pretty much all CDs I got back in those days. I also found that I enjoyed each CD more then than I do now. Probably because nowadays I get a new album and tend to hear it once and then move on to something else that's new and repeat. To get into St. Anger, one needs multiple listens for sure. It's a very rough first listen... Ah yes the days of listening to a cd while playing Playstation.

I’ve got Ride The Lightning. I think I’ve listened to it more than any other Metallica album.

Kill 'Em All, maybe because it was my first Metallica album.

Master of Puppets because I can listen to that whole album without skipping a song. My buddies back in school would always say Justice but I always felt like it was too slow for me at times.
