Im always curious where yalls came up with them. song titles? funny stories? when you were 6 you had a dog and now he/she's your username?
probably not as fun of a thread but maybe!
I was walking into H&M one summer and they have a poster of a model (like all retail stores) and it just said SHIRT on it. I thought it was the most hilarious thing. after that I switched all my usernames to shirt.

I bill and code medical visits for an Internal Medicine office. So, medical codes are interesting to me and i like looking for funny and weird ones. My name is an ICD-10 "external cause" diagnosis code, V97.33XA, which is never necessary but often asked for by insurance companies to describe the outside agents that may contribute to a medical situation... like if my lovely kitty bit me you would code the injury first S61.451A for "open bite of right hand, initial encounter" followed by the external cause W55.01XA "bitten by cat, initial encounter." (Contrast that with Cat Scratch Fever/Disease, an actual diagnosis code A28.1 in the infectious agent category.) Anywhere, here's what mine means: www.icd10data.com/ICD10CM/Codes/V00-Y99/V95-V97/V97-/V97.33XA

I woke up in the hospital after being there for an entire day. my mom got rid of said cat because apparently it almost killed me. hah

There are so many, especially if you include the ludicrous place and activity codes. Y92.146: Swimming-pool of prison as the place of occurrence of the external cause. Z63.1: Problems in relationship with in-laws. W61.12: Struck by macaw. R46.1: Bizarre personal appearance. W61.33: Pecked by chicken. W56.22: Struck by orca. V91.07: Burn due to water skis on fire. X52: Prolonged stay in weightless environment. V95.42: Forced landing of spacecraft injuring occupant. Z62.891: Sibling rivalry. Z56.5: Uncongenial work environment. W93.02: Inhalation of dry ice. X96.3: Assault by fertilizer bomb. W58.03: Crushed by alligator. Y65.1: Wrong fluid used in infusion. It's fun to flip through this book.

It's also a name I've been using as a gamertag for like 15 years now, it's my homage to the brilliance that is Calvin and Hobbes.

Stolas/SOLAS is a Great Prince of Hell, commands twenty-six legions of demons, and teaches astronomy and the knowledge of poisonous plants, herbs and precious stones. He is also known as Stolos, Stoppas and Solas. He is depicted as either being a crowned owl with long legs, a raven, or a man

Mine used to be GhostOfAStranger from the Faceless track on Akeldama but I shortened it to be less edgy after the old board was shut down.

Ligeia (band) > Ligeia420 > Liggy
Loved the band, made it my username (Ligeia420). One day on the old TDM board, we decided to make our names cute and Liggy was born.

Oh wow I had completely forgotten about this band, I used to jam out hard to Your Ghost is a Gift, gonna have to see if I can find that album anywhere for old times sake.

My last name is Crowe, people always ask "like the bird?" and I tell them yeah but with an e at the end. Anyway Corvus is Latin for Crow and I like the sound of it.

My user handle "Tao" is the first character in the Chinese name I was given in class back when I started my studies, with my full Chinese name being 陶晨, or "Táo Chén". Fun little learning moment, the "陶" is the same character as the one used in "熏陶" (xūn táo), which means "to influence", and the "晨" is the same as, well, "晨" (chén), or "dawn/daybreak/morning". So, in effect, my Chinese name means "To influence the dawn", and I always thought it sounded somewhat poetic.
