I'm usually pretty curious as to how different people take care of themselves. Maybe bc I'm not great at it, myself?
What's your secret to a smoking hot bod?

I don't have a smoking hot bod but I do try to keep in shape. I pretty much work out at least 3 times a week, usually 4-5. I do a mix of heavy weights as my primary workout, then some high intensity as my secondary. I have 1 day where I just workout my arms.
Eating healthy is a huge factor, eat lean protein such as fish or chicken. Nothing fried. No sugar. Low Sodium. Low Carbs. Eat your veggies such as bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini. Mix in some brown rice or quinoa, or go Paleo and throw in some sweet potatoe. Cooking at home rather than going out and eat is HUGE. However, that does some take time. What I would do is meal prep for at least lunch.
Ever since I started eating healthy I never really crave any of the fast foods anymore.

Same, even though I don't meal prep, I just buy the healthy foods/alternatives.

Unless I am injured my week looks like: 2x gym, 1x run, 1x indoor climbing. I refrain from eating shitty things often and always opt for healthy, proper meal.

Maybe i'll start again after i move to the new house. There's always another excuse.

I have always been a runner of sorts, but the last two years I haven't had any time and really let myself go. So over the past two months I have really been hitting it hard. I have been obsessed with kettlebell works out lately, just a fun super intense workout. Since I sit at a desk all day for work, I got one of those big workout balls to sit on to help my posture and strengthen my core, it gets a little old sometimes but it is better than nothing.
I have eaten pretty good since my son was born two years so rarely do I eat terrible but my guilty pleasure is hot wings, I fucking love hot wings. I am also a water champion, drink atleast 80oz a day.

I run 10k every morning with a 25k once a week, but from my experience staying in great shape is 30% exercise 70% good diet. Eat 5 small meals a day as opposed to 3 big ones. Like some posts mentioned before, once I started eating the healthy alternative I never went back. Eat good and you feel good. I can't think of many things worse than having your day turned upside down from eating some junk food. Not just the guilt of doing it, but the actual chronic, minute pain and bloatedness I feel from it. I also drink only water and have been on that since I was 8, before I even knew what being in shape meant I just always preferred the taste of water over anything else.
Also when you start living healthy, it has to become a part of your psyche and you have to look at it as something much bigger than a phase or a fun hobby that you cut a couple hours out of your day to tend to. It's an every second, day and night thing that needs you to demand out of it as much as it demands out of you.

Workout three/four times a week. Focus mainly on weightlifting. I find it really fun to do and it helps me getting relaxed. Found some good vegan protein for recovery. I still refuse to use creatine or pre workout boosters, i think thats not healthy for your body.
Vegan diet and no candy or sodas. I can not without my selfmade hummus and a apple a day haha.

I can not without my selfmade hummus and a apple a day haha. same! I do track cycling, run 5km 3-4x a week, don't own a car and have a stressful job where I rarely get to sit down. I eat a healthy (vegan) diet about 80% of the time. I don't know about the smoking hot bod though, I'm just skinny af. I do a lot of sports because it helps with my mental health.

Eat a normal amount of calories and get at least some exercise in. I have a job that is on my feet 8/hrs a day so. I also drink a lot of water, more than soda/coffee/etc. I am by no means toned to where I want to be, but I maintain my average weight always which is 150-157lbs.

Yep, and if you want to be normal about it and not have a day every week dedicated to running for 2 hours (my 25k Sundays), you can just break it down into 12k every day, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes at a 10 min./mile pace, which is the average and relatively comfortable pace for people who are at least somewhat in shape. It all comes down to finding the right shoes and keeping a good posture. I've had 4 knee injuries and 1 major surgery before from when I used to play basketball so I quit that and remained inactive for a good number of years, and after just one year of running in the morning I've made this much progress and am injury-free.
