Im pretty stoked for new movielife material but idk if it's just me or the song itself but it doesn't sound like Vinny on this track

No movielife fans on this board huh? Never heard of them. That song is kinda catchy, reminding me of the slower songs of Sum 41. Not my cup of tea tho, but I can see why people will like them.

Bands been around since 97. I'm willing to bet 95% of the people posting here are young as hell and were still in elementary school when they put out their last record.

New songs not doing anything for me. I'll reserve my opinion until I hear the rest though

The album that got me really into The Movielife was "40 hour train back to penn" each song on that album is catchy as hell. their stuff prior to that release (this time next year)is way faster pop-punk (think saves the day if i had to compare them to a similar band) if youre gonna give Movielife a fair chance, deff listen to those 2 albums first

It's not the old school movielife but I'm still digging this! Glad to see them back together.

I know the Movielife well. This Time Next Year was a classic. How's this new stuff sound? I never really followed them once that band ended and the likes of I Am The Avalanche took off.

Still remember getting ...Has a Gambling Problem CD after they signed to Drive Thru, really liked that and This Time Next Year. 40 hour train ride was a great album but definitely a departure from their original sound. This song is good, but doesn't really feel like a Movielife song

Love the movielife, like this track more than the one they released last year, still not a patch on this time next year/gambling problem/40 hour train which are 3 of my favourite releases ever, still it been along time since those releases so it was always going to sound different in some way or shape but still stoked as hell they are back and have a new album coming out, also as good as ever live
